The Best Day Of Your Life

The best day of your life is the one on which you decide how you live is up to you. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. You are responsible for the quality of it. How you will live, how you view yourself, how you will treat your body and also those around you. When you take 100% responsibility for yourself and your life, the barriers come down, the roof comes off, and you start seeing more possibilities.

Insert the Faithness lifestyle.

The Faithness lifestyle is embracing and LOVING who you are along the JOURNEY.
It is realizing that progress is so much more important than perfection.
It is about having a strong foundation in Faith, while incorporating a healthier and more active lifestyle.
It is about GROWING as a person.
Learning from your mistakes.
Realizing that everything happens for a reason and together in our Faithness Family we are stronger.

I am not perfect. My life is not perfect. There is not a single day that passes when I wonder if I did everything "okay" or think about what I should have said or done differently. I sometimes get stressed out, I am hard on myself and on what I can change or do differently.....I mess up as a mom with imagining how things will go and then seeing how they actually happen! (haha) I am sometimes short tempered to my husband....etc. I am human. You are also human. Ya know what that tells me?

YOU NEED a positive place to belong......a happy "bubble" to allow you to be yourself while GROWING into being your best self. NO JUDGEMENT whatsoever from me as your Lifecoach.

YOU NEED someone to remind you that you ARE enough just as you are and you ARE worth every effort you put in to changing your health and your lifestyle for the better!

YOU NEED structure. Someone to give you pointers, tips, and advice when you question what you should do to achieve a healthier lifestyle, a more active routine, or even just structure to incorporate your hobbies or what you are really passionate about.

The Faithness Lifestyle is committing to loving yourself more, committing to making healthier choices, and committing to me as your life coach to run beside you while we strive to live healthier and happier lives.

That's it......noting crazy. No crash diets, No insane workouts, No goals to be "skinny"......those things can lead to surface goals and disappointment...

I am here to build you up, to motivate you, to inspire you, to educate you, and most importantly, to help you achieve a healthy and happy version of yourself! It starts on the inside...

It happens in the Faithness Community.

That's why I created it...I wanted to create a group full of sunshine, love, and an atmosphere for RESULTS.

START TODAY
