Nova said a new word today and it truly hit home and made me realize I'm on the right path....she looked at me and said "Happy" with that sweet smile of hers!!! For those who know me well, you know I often hum without noticing and like to make up songs...haha. I guess one of my recent vocabulary words when singing around Nova when I'm home is HAPPY.
Transparency here: A while back, about one year ago I was going through a tough time. I wasn't happy, didn't really feel myself or balanced...I had had enough...I made the decision to change the course of my life - to really think HARD about where I wanted to be in three years and what I wanted to feel like. How I wanted my life to be....I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN GIVE MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER a happy wife. A happy mom.
So today, when Nova repeated a word I must sing or say, I KNEW that being HAPPY and showing her what HAPPY looks like is important.
You have the same choice as me. 2017 is about becoming the HAPPY version of yourself! What can you change to allow that to take place? It is a WONDERFUL place to be.
We only get one shot at this thing called life. I want you to experience it HAPPY.
